Job summary

NOA Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Network Engineer to drive enterprise ICT infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will own architecture design, implementation strategies, and mission-critical deployments, leading teams through BGP/OSPF/MPLS, VLANs, VRFs, and STP, while deploying Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and secure VPNs.

You will design Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass access control, manage SD-WAN, and bridge local data centers with Azure and AWS, authoring HLD/LLD and SOPs,

Qualifications

Detailed Job Description

As a Lead Network Engineer at NOA Solutions supporting Saudi Arabia operations, you will take full technical ownership of enterprise network architecture design, implementation strategies, and mission-critical infrastructure deployments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading engineering teams through the design and commissioning of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VRF, and STP architectures, while deploying Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, VPN tunnels, IPS/IDS security, and network segmentation rules. You will design Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass access control frameworks, implement SD-WAN solutions, and manage hybrid-cloud connectivity with Azure and AWS. Furthermore, you will author comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), SOPs, and as-built documentation while directing stakeholder management and technical escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of large-scale enterprise and mission-critical ICT network infrastructures.
• Architect and optimize advanced routing and switching topologies utilizing Cisco enterprise hardware.
• Configure and manage complex routing protocols and tunneling technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VRFs, and STP.
• Deploy and administer Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, secure VPNs, IPS/IDS appliances, and granular network segmentation policies.
• Design and implement network access control solutions utilizing Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass platforms.
• Spearhead the deployment of enterprise wireless networks and software-defined WAN (SD-WAN) solutions.
• Integrate hybrid-cloud connectivity bridging local data centers with Azure, AWS, and cloud environments.
• Author comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and as-built documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure design.
• At least 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in senior or lead network engineering roles.
• Strong technical expertise in Cisco enterprise routing and switching administration.
• Deep practical proficiency in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VRF, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, VPN configuration, IPS/IDS, and network security zoning.
• Working knowledge of network access control systems such as Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.
• Excellent leadership, advanced troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Professional advanced networking certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, or relevant Juniper certifications.
• Security certifications including Fortinet NSE 4, 5, or 7, and Aruba ACP/ACDX credentials.
