Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in transportation/logistics management.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage shipments from order receipt to end-user.
• Schedule daily and weekly routes for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Track orders using functional systems.
• Monitor transportation costs and report findings.
• Outsource and contract efficient suppliers when needed.
• Ensure proper transport documents and system entries.
• Report maintenance and repair needs for vehicles/equipment.
• Research cost-effective transport methods and ideas.
• Conduct safety audits on equipment and processes.
• Organize training sessions for employees on safety and ops.
• Maintain organized records of vehicles, schedules and orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, TGA, ports and shipping laws.
• Stay up-to-date with safety regulations.
