Job summary

Jadeer Logistics is seeking a Transportation Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transportation activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely movement of goods. You will optimize fleet use, reduce delays, and uphold regulatory compliance while coordinating with maintenance, planning and customer support teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI tracking, and strong communication in both Arabic and English to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
Certifications in transport operations, HSE, or fleet management are a plus.
4–6 years in transportation/logistics with supervisory exposure.
Proven ability to manage drivers, dispatch, and fleet scheduling.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily transportation operations, driver assignments, route planning, and dispatch.
Monitor driver performance and telematics; ensure safety and delivery standards.
Coordinate cross‑functional handovers between operations, maintenance, and planning.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, traffic laws, and HSE standards.
Track fleet availability and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Communicate route deviations or emergencies to customers and stakeholders.
Assist in incident reporting and KPI data collection for on‑time delivery and fuel efficiency.
Conduct toolbox talks and driver briefings; verify trip records and delivery docs.
