Job summary

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Jeddah. The role focuses on assessing training needs, planning programs, and coordinating internal and external providers to support construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong English, and solid organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/LMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Ability to develop and monitor annual training plans and programs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training providers.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
• Experience maintaining training records and certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; HRMS/LMS knowledge preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the construction/contracting industry preferred.
