Job summary

The House Hotel Jeddah, part of Kerten Hospitality, seeks an Learning & Development Executive to design and manage comprehensive training programmes that align with brand standards and company goals.

You will lead onboarding, conduct needs analyses with department heads, and drive leadership development while maintaining the LMS and delivering insights to senior management. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage, and collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, Training, or related field at executive or senior level.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking with ability to drive L&D initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple training programmes, projects, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Solid experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead end-to-end learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals and brand standards.
• Build and manage a structured training calendar encompassing technical, behavioural, and leadership development topics.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars across all departments.
• Lead onboarding and induction experiences for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
• Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and refine programmes accordingly.
• Oversee and maintain the LMS, ensuring accurate records, content updates, and user engagement.
• Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning with HR leadership.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring quality delivery.
• Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management review.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning across the property.
• Align development plans with performance management cycles and business objectives.
