Job summary

NTT DATA in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support peers, provide strategic recruitment guidance, and collaborate on regional projects aimed at improving talent practices.

You will source qualified candidates, work with line managers on skill needs, and help design competency-based interview guides while leveraging ATS and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Strong analytics and multi-location experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Relevant HR certifications are beneficial.
• Seasoned experience in talent acquisition and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Supports peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition priorities.
• Offers technical advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment and talent discipline.
• Participates in deployment of global projects in the region relating to improvement of talent acquisition practices.
• Engages with line managers when a new job opening occurs to identify required skills and best recruitment methods for long term results.
• Sources and identifies qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develops competency-based interview guides mapped to current jobs.
