Job summary

You will deploy global projects regionally, advise on skill requirements, source candidates, and develop interview frameworks. The role demands expertise in ATS, employer branding, budget management, and talent analytics to support growth.

Qualifications

• Seasoned experience in talent acquisition and related fields.
• Proven track record of strategic TA plans aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Strong knowledge of talent analytics and recruitment metrics.
• Experience managing TA across multiple locations and budgets.
• Familiarity with Go-to-market hiring for Sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Support peers and teams in talent acquisition tasks.
• Provide technical advice within recruitment and talent discipline.
• Deploy global projects to improve talent acquisition practices.
• Advise line managers on skills and recruitment approaches.
• Source qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop competency-based interview guides aligned to jobs.
• Coordinate data for monthly and weekly recruitment reporting.
• Onboard new hires professionally and engagingly.
