Job summary

Thales Group in Riyadh is seeking a senior sales leader to drive order intake for security solutions and services in the Kingdom. You will lead opportunities from qualification to signature, collaborating with Thales global units and local partners to deliver integrated security projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in GCC sales, with strong end-to-end solution selling experience, and proven ability to build high-level trust with key customers in the security sector.

Qualifications

• 10 years in sales management in GCC, preferably in security domain with digital business acumen.
• Experience in selling end-to-end systems and solutions including industrial partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop order intake for Thales Security Solutions & Services activities in KSA.
• Secure order intake and required net margin for opportunities from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions SAR.
• Manage the sales process from qualification to proposal, negotiation and signature.
