Job summary

Thales in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a hands-on Service Delivery Manager (Team Manager) to lead an 8+ engineer team. You will drive ITIL processes, incident and change management, and stakeholder relations while ensuring high service quality and profitability.

You will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-availability solutions and actively contribute to automation and DevOps initiatives. Fluent English and Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing project scope, SLAs, change and customer relationships.
• ITIL foundation to practitioner certifications preferred.
• Degree in Computer, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers (8+) delivering IT services and projects.
• Manage incidents, changes, releases, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams for 24x7 service.
• Own project budgets and ensure margins meet approvals.
