Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced sales professional to build relationships with utilities and EPCs, lead negotiations, and develop commercial terms.

You will promote the full Hitachi Energy portfolio, identify customer needs, and deliver value-based solutions aligned with project requirements. Develop and execute sales plans, monitor pipeline, and conduct opportunity reviews to achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of related sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with utilities and EPCs to influence purchasing decisions.
• Lead sales negotiations and develop commercial terms.
• Promote Hitachi Energy's portfolio and develop value-based solutions.
• Develop and execute sales plans and monitor pipeline to meet targets.
• Ensure offers meet technical, financial, and commercial requirements (pricing, delivery, contracts).
• Coordinate customer presentations on features, ROI, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with market teams to strengthen engagement and market penetration.
