Job summary

Hitachi Energy Riyadh is seeking an experienced sales professional to establish and nurture relationships with key utility customers and EPCs in Saudi Arabia. You will lead negotiations, develop value-based solutions, and drive growth across the portfolio of transformers, HV products, and capacitor banks.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, an electrical engineering degree, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• 3–5 years sales/BD experience in utility/energy sector.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with utility and EPCs and lead negotiations.
• Develop and execute sales plans and manage pipeline.
• Coordinate presentations; ensure offers meet requirements.
• Collaborate with market managers and cross-functional teams.
