Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk to strengthen its risk management framework across its ambitious projects. The role requires strategic leadership to drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to cultivate a proactive risk culture and ensure robust risk oversight across development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk-related field or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in risk management; 5+ years on large-scale dev/construction projects.
• CRM or PMI-RMP certifications preferred.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.
• Proficient with risk management software and PM tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and tailor the risk management framework for Qiddiya's diverse projects.
• Lead teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks with thorough assessments.
• Create and maintain risk registers and ensure monitoring and communication of risks.
• Develop and implement risk response strategies with clear action plans.
• Lead risk workshops and training to promote risk awareness.
• Monitor compliance with risk protocols and adjust as needed for changing dynamics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a proactive risk culture.
• Regularly review and update the risk management framework.
