Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company invites a Director - Risk to join the development management team overseeing risk across hospitality projects. You will establish and maintain risk registers, produce reports, and support strategic decision-making.

The role requires leading the risk management plan across planning and construction stages, guiding teams, and delivering proactive risk controls and KRIs to protect project outcomes and company interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, construction management, business studies, finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CRA, CEMP or PMP preferred.
• 10-15 years in risk management with mega project experience; 5+ years in mega construction/development.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Qiddiya Program risk management framework, procedures, templates and processes.
• Oversee risk identification and assessment for real estate development and construction projects.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses for ongoing and future projects.
• Maintain and update risk registers and databases regularly.
• Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for high‑impact risks.
• Lead regular risk reporting and develop KRIs to monitor risk profiles.
• Embed risk management in project execution and lifecycles.
• Provide leadership to guide risk management plans across programs and portfolios.
