Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Risk Management to lead our cybersecurity initiatives in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, aligning risk strategy with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, mentor the risk management team, and collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance to ensure robust controls and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, risk management or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity risk management experience, with leadership roles.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CRMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management framework.
• Lead risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify threats.
• Maintain a cybersecurity risk register and report on risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance to align security with enterprise risk.
• Drive training and awareness programs for security across the organization.
• Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to executives.
• Stay updated on threats and adapt risk practices accordingly.
• Mentor and lead the cybersecurity risk management team.
