Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field is required.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity risk management or related roles with leadership experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CRMP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify threats and exposures.
• Maintain a cybersecurity risk register and report on risks and mitigations to leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance to align security with enterprise risk management.
• Drive training and awareness programs to ensure security understanding across employees.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on cybersecurity risks and compliance to executives.
