Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Risk to lead risk management across large-scale real estate, development and construction programs in our hospitality-focused portfolio. You will establish risk governance, registers and dashboards to support informed decision-making and resilient delivery.

The role requires senior leadership, deep knowledge of risk frameworks and the ability to drive mitigation across multiple projects, aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, construction management, Business Studies, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CRA, CEMP or PMP are preferred.
• 10-15 years in risk management with real estate/construction experience; mega projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program risk management framework and processes.
• Oversee risk identification across real estate development and construction projects.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses for projects.
• Maintain risk registers and databases; implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead risk reporting and KRIs to monitor project risk.
• Mentor the risk management team and embed risk practices in execution.
