Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Risk Management to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and drive a robust risk strategy aligned with business goals.

You will oversee risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance to ensure security with enterprise risk management. Mentoring the risk team and communicating with executives are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity risk management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT and risk assessment methods.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CRMP are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cybersecurity risk management framework aligned to regulatory needs.
• Lead risk and vulnerability assessments to identify threats.
• Maintain a risk register with mitigation progress and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance to align security with enterprise risk.
• Spearhead security training and awareness programs for staff.
• Present risk and compliance reports to executives.
• Monitor threat landscape and adjust risk practices accordingly.
• Mentor and develop the cybersecurity risk management team.
