Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company seeks a seasoned Account Manager to drive Pharmacy Automation sales in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia, focused on MOH opportunities and strategic accounts.

You will build relationships with government healthcare authorities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and execute territory plans to meet revenue targets. This role is based in Riyadh and requires a durable track record in high-stakes healthcare sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of performance and progression.
• Experience in key account management or strategic account development is preferred.
• Experience in multinational or international organizations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience in territory planning, account management, and sales forecasting.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and engage relevant stakeholders.
• Drive MOH growth by developing strategic relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Lead engagement with MOH decision-makers to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and solution-design teams to develop opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional strategies.
• Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Manage multi-account agreements and negotiations.
• Convert opportunities into profitable outcomes and maintain CRM pipeline.
