Job summary

BD is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Medication Management Solutions to lead the Northern Region sales team in Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with MOH, NUPCO, NGHA and strategic accounts.

You will coach a team of Account Managers and Sales Specialists, ensuring excellence in commercial execution. You will develop regional strategies, manage pipeline, and forecast performance while leveraging SFDC for accurate records and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
5-7 years of sales experience with 3-4 years in a leadership role; medical device/healthcare preferred.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market share targets.
Lead account planning, opportunity management and pipeline development.
Drive launches, initiatives and market expansion activities.
Deliver AOP commitments, forecasts and business objectives.
Build relationships with MOH, NUPCO, MODA, NGHA and major private accounts.
Coach and develop Account Managers and Sales Specialists.
Utilize SFDC to maintain forecasts and pipeline visibility.
