Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company delivering Pharmacy Automation solutions and services. This role is based in Riyadh and focuses on growing revenue by promoting our Pharmacy Automation solutions across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia, including government MOH accounts.

You will build strategic relationships with MOH decision-makers, identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with sales, marketing and solution-design teams to deliver customer-focused,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in key/account management or strategic account development preferred.
• Experience in multinational or international organizations advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation product and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
• Drive business growth within MOH by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities.
• Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and MOH decision-makers to expand market presence.
• Work with sales, marketing and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve annual sales revenue and growth targets; build long-term relationships with customers.
• Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and CRM records.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth.
