Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company. The Key Account Manager for the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia will manage key accounts, secure orders, and promote BD's Medication Delivery Solutions products through visits, presentations, and coordination of promotional activities.

You will develop marketing plans, achieve sales targets, maintain detailed account records, travel extensively within the region, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or a healthcare-related field.
• 4+ years of experience in medical device sales/medical consumables.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts through regular customer visits.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with BD strategies to drive profitability and growth per account.
• Ensure achievement of sales budgets and financial targets per account.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision makers.
• Maintain detailed records on accounts including customer information and purchasing trends.
• Provide feedback to Marketing on customer needs and competitor activity.
• Attend conferences and seminars to stay current on industry trends.
