Job summary

Fever in Riyadh seeks an experienced project leader to manage Fever’s largest partners and their high‑impact events across multiple verticals. You’ll own the partner lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure timely, high‑quality execution and sustained growth.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, drive KPI‑driven performance, and translate partner feedback into improvements for products and services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, organized & solution‑oriented.
• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Ability to think strategically when faced with key challenges with partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals, ensuring long‑term relationships and growth.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of each partner event, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance for seamless execution.
• Build strategic relationships by understanding partner needs and acting as trusted advisor to achieve goals.
• Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs and data‑driven growth strategies, with regular updates and insights.
• Gather partner feedback and translate into actionable product, marketing, and operations improvements.
• Grow into a team manager role by mentoring Project Managers and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Gain 360‑degree knowledge of Fever’s teams and processes.
