Job summary

BFL Group is seeking a results-driven leader in Riyadh to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and growth initiatives. You will drive partnerships, market-entry plans, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, operations, tech, and finance to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 4–7 years in business development, strategy, or project management, with strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Management, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business development, strategy or project management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Country Head to translate strategic priorities into executable projects.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues.
• Prepare business cases, proposals, and market-entry plans.
• Lead assigned projects from concept to implementation with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
• Track project progress, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support negotiations and relationship-building with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Represent the Country Head in meetings when required and drive follow-ups to closure.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Improve execution frameworks, workflows, and communication across teams.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
• Strong project management and execution mindset with ecommerce background.
• Business development and partnership experience.
