Job summary

Hire Fellows in Riyadh is seeking a Brand Partnerships Executive to own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and pitching brands to negotiating and closing partnerships. You will build your own pipeline, manage relationships with decision-makers, and represent the platform in the market.

This hands-on role rewards targets, resilience, and initiative as you expand the platform's presence across Saudi Arabia, across Riyadh and other regions, and drive monthly signing targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Saudi nationality preferred; based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline of brand partners across Saudi regions.
• Source and pitch new brand partners across sectors (F&B, retail, self-care, entertainment, services, fitness).
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to signed partnership.
• Present value proposition using data and insights to demonstrate partnership value.
• Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
• Represent platform in the market and build relationships with brand decision-makers.
• Aim to exceed monthly and quarterly brand signing targets.
