Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an Operations Excellence Director to lead the Operations Department, reporting to the COO. The role directs production planning optimisation, asset management, and project execution across all operations to maximise resource efficiency and align with business goals.

You will drive safety, budgeting, performance management, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring teams and shaping a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred and professional certifications (CMRP, CPIM, PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in Operations Management with at least 6 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement divisional strategy aligned with Tuwaiq's vision and mission.
• Translate strategies into actionable operational plans with clear, measurable goals.
• Lead safety management including strategy, policies, and compliance.
• Oversee production planning and capacity analysis to optimise resource use.
• Manage budgeting and financial planning for the division.
