Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Forging Shop Manager to lead day-to-day forging operations, align strategies with the Production Director, and drive efficiency, innovation, and quality in all forged products.

You will champion Lean and Six Sigma, manage safety, quality, and budget, develop talent, report to senior management, and partner with Engineering to optimise workflows in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/metallurgical related field.
• 10+ years in Forging Shop operations with 4+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of hot/cold forging, die design, and materials science.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia forging safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cascade divisional strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Lead forging shop to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage reporting to senior management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Engineering to optimise forging workflows and training.
