Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Senior QC Engineer - Machining to plan, manage, and verify product quality across machining processes. You will ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and API/ISO standards through inspection, calibration management, and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Control within casting, forging, or heavy machining.
• Hands-on experience in dimensional inspection, visual inspection, and testing of machined components, including CMM inspection.
• Experience in customer inspections and handling third-party and client inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Execute incoming, in-process, and final inspections of machined components.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, tolerances, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections prior to product release.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure adherence to process parameters.
• Enforce proper identification, segregation, and status control of conforming and non-conforming products.
• Prepare inspection reports and quality records in line with API/ISO standards.
• Support internal, external, and API audits with readiness.
