Elm Company in Riyadh seeks a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support for Integrated Solution Group units, review and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with Saudi laws throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, offering legal opinions, monitoring regulatory developments, and coordinating with external counsel to protect the company’s interests while enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• 2–4 years in legal affairs or contract management.
• Knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions and guidance on legal, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts and NDAs.
• Support Projects lifecycle from legal perspective.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance across the business.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts and operations.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors as needed.
• Develop and maintain legal templates and knowledge management.
• Ensure information security and data confidentiality.
