Job summary

Elm Co in Riyadh seeks a qualified Legal Professional to provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services to the Integrated Solution Legal Affairs unit. The role includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding business units through legal considerations across the project lifecycle.

Candidate will assess risks, support due diligence, and coordinate with external counsel when needed to protect the company’s interests and enable growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions, advice, and guidance to business units on legal, commercial, and operational matters.
• Interpret applicable laws, regulations, requirements impacting Projects and services.
• Advise stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions and initiatives.
• Support departments in resolving legal issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
• Identify legal gaps, liabilities, and obligations within contractual arrangements.
• Provide legal support for Projects, services, and digital initiatives throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor applicable laws, regulations, policies, and regulatory developments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and operations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Sharia Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, or a related field
