Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and key account management in lighting/electronics industries.
• Experience working with public sector is a plus.
• Relevant sales certifications are valuable to validate strategic account skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages strategic relationships with key accounts across installers, general contractors, specifiers, project partners and end users.
• Delivers sales targets, revenue growth and profitability within the territory.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Leads commercial discussions and negotiates contracts to maximize profitability.
• Monitors project progress and maintains CRM records.
