Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Communications).
• Minimum 5 years of sales and key account management experience in lighting/electronics.
• Public sector experience is a plus.
• Relevant sales certifications are essential to validate skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts (installers, contractors, specifiers, end users) and oversee medium to large projects.
• Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability within the territory.
• Build multi-level relationships to influence product selection and secure specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead tender processes and commercial discussions to maximize profitability.
