Job summary

Signify is seeking a Senior Sales – Key Account Manager to manage strategic accounts across lighting projects, driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction. Required: a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years in sales/key account management in lighting or electronics; relevant certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Communications) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and key account management experience in lighting or electronics.
• Public sector experience is a plus.
• Sales certifications are essential to validate skills in strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manages strategic relationships with key accounts across installers, contractors, specifiers, project partners and end users.
• Delivers sales targets, revenue growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Leads commercial discussions and negotiates contracts to maximize profitability and strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinates cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery and accurate forecasting.
