Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs and partnerships in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with influence across levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize human capital programs focusing on leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR and business units to identify talent needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Monitor program performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics and recommend improvements.
• Manage budget and resources allocated to human capital initiatives.
• Lead communication and change management to promote program adoption.
• Stay updated on global trends and best practices to enhance program impact.
