Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager – Strategic Supplier Relationship Management to lead the SRM function, shaping strategy, governance, and value creation across the supply chain for a landmark giga project.

You will build executive relationships with strategic suppliers, drive cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement, while mentoring the SRM team and advancing ESG and digitization aligned with Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SRM, procurement, or supply chain in multinational environments.
• MBA or related masters preferred.
• CPSM/CSCP/CPM certifications desirable.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in giga projects or large-scale developments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the enterprise-wide SRM strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Vision 2030 goals.
• Lead SRM program design, policies, and tools; oversee risk, performance, and continuity.
