Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking a General Manager, Human Resources to partner with business leaders and develop people strategies that drive organizational goals across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, development, and HR operations.

The role requires 7–10+ years of HR experience (3+ in senior roles), a Bachelor’s in HR/Business (MBA preferred), and HR certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years in HR Manager or HRBP role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with objectives and workforce plans.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and develop employer branding and talent pipelines.
• Drive performance management frameworks, goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure market competitiveness and equity.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to boost engagement and productivity.
• Identify capability gaps and design leadership, technical, and career development programs.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
