Job summary

Alpha Leadership Co. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in Riyadh. You will partner with business leaders, oversee three Assistant Managers – HRBP, and ensure effective HR support across functions.

You will lead workforce planning, talent development and performance management, advising managers on HR policies and employee relations. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure.
• Experience managing or supervising HR professionals, ideally within an HRBP structure.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and talent management.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce and people requirements.
• Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and oversight.
• Support workforce planning, manpower planning and organizational requirements.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations and HR policies.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and critical hiring requirements.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention and workforce trends.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify people-related issues and support decision-making.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations and performance matters, escalating where required.
• Support the Head of HR on strategic HR projects and broader people initiatives.
