Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HR team. The role partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and to drive employee engagement and talent management.

You will lead organizational change initiatives, support compensation and benefits, use HR analytics for planning, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9–11 years of progressive HR experience, with proven HRBP expertise.
• Experience in talent management, organizational change, and performance management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations or shared services environments preferred.
• SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI certification an advantage.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
• Identify learning and development needs and monitor development outcomes.
• Support compensation & benefits programs and market benchmarking.
• Utilize HR analytics for workforce planning and management reporting.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
