Job summary

GRG in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner (Sr. Manager) to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, engagement, and capability building in a fast-evolving consumer goods business.

You will lead design and execution of people strategies, partner on workforce planning, talent development, change initiatives, and M&A integration, with a Saudization focus and close collaboration with executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, structure effectiveness, capability building, and employee engagement.
• Provide HR consulting and advisory support across performance management, recruitment, termination, rewards, and employee relations.
• Support organizational change, restructuring, and M&A integration initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of HR programs and ensure effective business adoption and execution.
• Partner on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring people strategies are aligned with overall business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement and organizational performance.
