Job summary

Premium Medical Solutions Company (PRE-MED) seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR operations in Riyadh. You will develop policies, manage payroll and benefits, oversee Saudization, government platform transactions, and ensure labor-law compliance while building a high-performing HR function.

The role requires 7–10 years of HR leadership, strong Arabic and English communication, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. A CIPD/SHRM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, with strong managerial and leadership experience.
• Strong experience in HR operations and employee affairs.
• Practical experience with government HR platforms.
• Experience managing medical insurance and employee benefits.
• Experience developing and reviewing salary structures and compensation & benefits.
• Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Experience managing Saudization and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with HRIS / HR systems.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage and oversee all Human Resources and employee affairs operations.
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company requirements and applicable regulations.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities and ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
• Oversee attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and employee affairs.
• Oversee payroll, allowances, and employee benefits and ensure data accuracy before approval.
• Manage and oversee medical insurance for employees and dependents, including additions, deletions, renewals, and resolution of issues.
• Oversee all HR-related transactions and procedures through government platforms.
• Monitor Saudization requirements and compliance, prepare workforce reports for management.
• Develop and implement salary structures and compensation & benefits in coordination with management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the HR team; ensure confidentiality of records.
