Magrabi Health in Saudi Arabia seeks an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with labor laws and Ministry of Health regulations.

The role leads talent acquisition, training, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, and manpower budgeting across branches, while fostering employee engagement and delivering consistent HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years HR/Personnel Management experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; proficient with Microsoft programs.
• Knowledge of labor laws and national healthcare accreditation standards is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policy compliance with labor laws and MOH regulations within timelines, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to HR teams across branches, ensuring consistent HR practices and staff development.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and ensure timely recruitment with quality candidate experiences.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure delivery of planned sessions to optimize employee development.
• Oversee performance appraisals and timely feedback to support employee growth.
• Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive improvement actions.
• Monitor HR operations quality and ensure service delivery within timeframes.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes with proper documentation.
• Support manpower budgeting and payroll processes across branches.
• Address and resolve employee grievances within SLAs and compliance deadlines.
• Ensure labor law compliance and Ministry of Health regulations across all activities.
• Drive organizational development initiatives and cascade corporate strategies.
