HRsource is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders in Riyadh, driving people initiatives that support growth and performance. Arabic language proficiency is required, with strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
Arabic speaker is a must; strong English communication skills required.
Proven experience managing performance review cycles and workforce planning processes.
Solid understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, discrete, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end performance review cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and calibration.
Drive workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, org design, and succession planning.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution per local labor law.
Support talent management processes, identifying high-potential employees and retention strategies.
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to leadership.
Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
Support change management initiatives, restructuring, and organizational transformation projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and company policies across all HR practices.
