Qualifications

• Consulting background in HR advisory, ideally Big 4 or leading firms.
• Proven ability to translate HR strategy into operating models and transformation programs.
• Strong client management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise clients on HR strategy and organization design initiatives.
• Assess HR functions and operating models to identify transformation opportunities.
• Design future-state HR operating models aligned with business growth.
• Deliver HR advisory engagements across talent strategy, workforce planning, and capability development.
• Conduct diagnostics and maturity evaluations to derive actionable recommendations.
• Support HR technology and process transformations with stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive change management and adoption across transformation programs.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
