Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – HR Advisory for a Riyadh-based engagement with a leading global professional services and consulting organization. The role focuses on shaping and delivering strategic HR solutions for large, complex environments in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a consulting background (Big 4 or top firms) with deep HR strategy, operating model design, and workforce transformation experience, and the ability to lead multi-workstream transformation programs

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory or human capital consulting within a consulting environment.
• Deep experience advising on HR strategy, operating models, workforce transformation.
• Leading strategic client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Managing multiple workstreams on large-scale transformation programs.
• Exposure to Middle East projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise clients on HR strategy, workforce transformation, and organization design initiatives.
• Assess current HR functions, governance structures, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Design future-state HR operating models aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Deliver HR advisory engagements across talent strategy, workforce planning, employee experience, performance management, and capability development.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics, HR assessments, and maturity evaluations to develop actionable recommendations.
• Support HR technology and process transformation initiatives, partnering with stakeholders through implementation phases.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption activities across transformation programs.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
