Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR business partnering and advisory services across business leaders and functions. You will drive manpower planning, organizational reviews, and talent initiatives to align people strategies with business growth.

The role requires 12+ years in HR within FMCG/manufacturing and a proven track record in talent acquisition, learning & development, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering and advisory support to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational matters, policies, and people-related issues.
• Develop and manage annual manpower and organizational plans in partnership with business leaders and Corporate HR, ensuring workforce structures, budgets, and capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organization, function, and people reviews, including succession planning, talent identification, workforce optimization, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and processes, including workforce requirements, job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer management, and onboarding across all business functions.
• Conduct training and development needs assessments and develop annual learning plans and training calendars aligned with business priorities and capability requirements.
• Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives that strengthen employee experience and alignment with company values and vision.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, manuals, and SOPs in accordance with company standards and applicable Saudi labor regulations.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends, including turnover, recruitment, engagement, performance, and workforce utilization, providing actionable insights to management.
• Support business-unit initiatives and organizational change by providing HR expertise, change-management support, and effective implementation of people programs.
