Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex HR transformation initiatives. You will align teams, milestones, and resources to achieve strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HR functions, Finance, IT, Procurement and external consultants, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and establishing governance with regular status updates for senior management across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within HR transformation, project management, consulting, or strategic HR.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of HR projects and transformation initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with HR functions, business stakeholders, Finance, IT, Procurement, and external consultants/vendors.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and regular status updates for senior management.
Manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously and ensure alignment between interconnected projects.
Support the implementation of HR systems, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead HR process improvement and standardization initiatives across the organization.
