Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Saudi Arabia to source, assess, select, and hire top talent. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, drive creative sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.

The role requires extensive recruitment experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with ATS and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

Develop, cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers to provide service excellence and recruitment expertise.
Drive diverse sourcing strategies to identify, pipeline and select top global talent for current and future opportunities.
Proactively analyze business needs and present a short list of candidates to HR Business Partners.
Provide market intelligence on hiring trends and competitive markets.
Manage sources and locations of desired skills in the marketplace.
Build a strong candidate pipeline via networking, ATS, and internet resources.
Develop behavioral interview questions and coach Hiring Managers on assessment techniques.
Manage vendor partnerships for complex talent searches and budget considerations.
Assist in budgeting and short-term forecasts for sourcing and pipeline plans.
Create monthly reports on talent acquisition metrics.
Update hiring managers on industry trends and marketplace insights.
Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged.
