Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Labor Relations Team Leader to supervise HR operations, resolve employee issues and drive staff satisfaction initiatives while ensuring compliant labor practices.

You will manage separations, visas, leaves, contracts and data updates with HR, Payroll, Immigration and Camps, lead investigations and bargaining with unions, and apply SAP ERP HR to streamline processes. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of labor laws and agreements.
• Experience handling labor relations, grievances and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in resolving employee issues and HR communications.
• Manage separations, visas, leaves, contracts and data updates with HR/Payroll/Immigration.
• Coordinate with Camps, Head Office for deportation and exit permits.
• Lead investigations and resolve labor disputes in alignment with agreements.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
