Job summary

Zeoof Group in Riyadh is seeking a Procurement Manager for Zeoof Food to oversee end-to-end procurement across restaurants, catering and central kitchen operations. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management and cost optimization to ensure timely availability of food, beverages and supplies at competitive prices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement in the F&B, restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food & beverage sourcing, supplier markets and Saudi Arabia logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms and inventory tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage purchasing for food, beverages and non-food supplies across outlets.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for best prices and terms.
• Establish weekly consolidated ordering and efficient purchasing cycles.
• Monitor costs, identify savings, support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Cost Control and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery, quality and food safety compliance.
• Establish SOPs, approval workflows and standardized purchasing procedures.
• Prepare reports on expenditure, supplier performance and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the procurement team in line with policies.
