Job summary

Zahid Group in Jeddah is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities within the Procurement department. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and VAT regulations.

The role focuses on optimizing supplier relationships, forecasting needs, and driving cost savings while coordinating with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Process procurement transactions using company systems.
• Meet with suppliers and internal teams to develop action plans.
• Forecast goods and services needs to avoid delays and price issues.
• Ensure vendors are VAT registered and comply with invoice regulations.
• Coordinate delivery dates and payment terms with suppliers and end-users.
• Negotiate best purchase terms and manage supplier performance.
