Job summary

Progress Personnel invites an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategy for a fast-growing Saudi QSR group at our Riyadh head office. You will partner with senior management to shape policies, drive transformation, and ensure competitive people practices across the business.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in HR, a degree, and ideally CIPD/SHRM qualifications; Saudi nationals only. A competitive salary package and holiday allowances are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or QSR environment essential.
• Saudi national due to Saudization.

HR Manager - Food Service Industry - Saudi National

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Riyadh based head office of a dynamic and expanding Saudi Arabian company. Working closely with the senior management team you will provide leadership on HR strategies and help develop & implement policies to support the business growth across KSA. The business is involved in the fast food / QSR industry and is currently undergoing a transformation and rapid expansion. .

Key areas of focus for you will be:

• Policy development and implementation
• Support the management team during the expansion process and the resulting organizational change
• Performance management
• Pay & compensation; ensuring salaries are competitive with market rates
• Recruitment & selection process
• Management of Personnel files
• Development of Training programs
• Various ad hoc projects to support the management team

To succeed in this role you will need:

• You will need a strong base of HR expertise with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field.
• A degree level education is essential combined ideally with CIPD / SHRM qualifications would be highly valued.
• Previous experience in a restaurant/ food/ QSR environment is essential.
• Due to the Saudization program this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
